‘Joining the Dots: Making Links for Wildlife’ Saturday 8th October 2016 The OZone Event Space, Building 520, Reading RG6 1RA £10 for students/volunteer recorders, £15 for professionals. Includes tea/coffee and lunch. Species and habitats are shifting because of climate change. Conservationists are increasingly turning to landscape scale projects to ensure that habitats are connected, enabling wildlife to move into new spaces as the environment changes. The conference will include an assessment of how biological records can tell us about environmental change and case study examples of relevant projects. This is one of two annual updating and networking events for species recording and nature conservation in Berkshire and Oxfordshire. The day will include guest speakers, workshops and an open floor session for updates from individuals, recording groups and organisations.

You can pay by bank transfer or bring payment on the day.
