Our recorders’ conferences offers a chance for the biological recording community to come together and share updates and information on what they are doing. Anyone who is interested in wildlife recording and conservation is welcome to attend.


£5 for students (proof of student status required)

£10 individual or volunteer recorders

£18 corporate/professionals (employer is paying your attendance)

This includes lunch and refreshments. Advance booking is required and the final date for bookings or refunds is Friday 29th February.

  • Identifying site features suitable for invertebrates with Julie Kerans and Yolanda Vazquez, TVERC

  • Invertebrate fossil sorting and identification with Owen Green, Oxfordshire Geology Trust

  • Track and Sign to identify the presence of mammals with Bob Cowley, Oxfordshire Mammal Group

Speed updates

We would love to hear from YOU about what you have been up to - do you have any interesting sightings to share, upcoming events, or perhaps you are looking for new volunteers? We have a limited number of slots available which are 5 minutes long, with a maximum of 5 slides. Please indicate on your booking form if you would like to give an update.


There will be a range of display stands from different recording and conservation groups which you can visit during refreshment and lunch breaks. Please indicate on your booking form if you would like to bring a display and/or leaflets.
