There are still places (including Student places) on the TVERC WATER VOLE ECOLOGY & SURVEYING at BBOWT's Chimney Meadows Nature Reserve

It is a basic introduction to water vole ecology, distribution and identification features, with water vole expert Dr Merryl Gelling.

You will learn about key field signs to look for and given an overview of survey methodologies and relevant legislation.

This course is suitable for beginners.

The outdoor session will include a walk around Chimney Meadows looking for water vole signs.

Please bring suitable footwear and outdoor clothing, binoculars if you have them .

Tea and coffee are provided but you will need to bring your own lunch.
