2019 Spring Talks Ashmolean Natural History Society of Oxfordshire

The Oxfordshire Flora Group part of The Ashmolean Natural History Society of Oxfordshire are hosting a series of Spring talks. 

All lectures are held in the Schlich Theatre, Plant Sciences Dept. S. Parks Rd., Oxford OX1 3RB at 1,10 pm

Thurs Jan 24th ’A view from the Bramble patch: changes in the Flora of Wytham Woods’, by Keith Kirby.

Thurs. Feb. 7th  Chimney Meadows –Floodplain Restoration, by Lisa Lane (Upper Thames Living Landscape Manager).

Thurs. Feb 21st  Knoppers and Spangles-an introduction to Plant Galls in Britain, by Lawrence Bee.

Thurs. March 7th. Using Marsh Lousewort, Pedicularis palustris as an ecosystem engineer, by Dr. Judy Webb, Ecological consultant .            

All are welcome to attend. Donations of £3 towards expenses would be appreciated.
