Over the past year, TVERC’s work with the WISH Partnership has shown how inclusive, low‑pressure Noticing Nature activities can build confidence, connection and care for the environment, helping people of all ages discover that nature recovery starts with curiosity, time and attention close to home.

Effective from 1st April 2026, TVERC will be implementing changes due to significant cost increases that have impacted our operational costs. These changes are necessary to ensure the continued collection, analysis, and provision of vital biodiversity data.

TVERC shares a huge amount of wildlife information to help protect nature and guide local planning and research in Berkshire and Oxfordshire. In 2024/25 alone, they shared over 892,000 records of protected and notable species. This shows how vital it is to keep track of wildlife and how local people play a key role by contributing useful information.
